COVID-19 RESPONSE

Our priority is to provide a safe and comfortable shopping experience with us. An outline of the safety measures we will be implementing at our store is listed below:

  • We Have Increased Cleaning & Sanitization Protocols

  • Store Customer Capacity Are Limited to 8 Customers At a Time With Interactive GO / NO GO Sign To Allow For Social Distancing Protocols

  • Hand Sanitizer At Entrance of Store with Signage To Use Before Entering

  • Plexi Shields Are Installed At All Counters/Cashiers

  • Signage Posted on Floor for Direction Flow & Stop/Wait For Cashier

  • Items Tried On By Customers will be Steamed/Disinfected and Set Aside Overnight Before It Goes Back On Shelf

  • Staff Required to Complete Health Declaration at Start of Every Shift

  • Staff Will Be Wearing Face Masks & Gloves At All Times

  • Staff Are Encouraged to Wash Hands / Sanitize Every Available Chance With Proper Technique Poster At Sink from WCB

  • High Traffic Surfaces Are Wiped Down Every Hour

    • POS Credit Card Machines Are Wiped Down IMMEDIATELY Following Customers Entering of PIN # when "TAP" doesn't work or Exceeds Limit​

  • Computers/Keyboards/Mice Are Wiped Down Every Hour (Staff Use)​ and/or Prior to Use by Different Staff Member

  • Common Shared Appliances Are Wiped Down by Staff Prior to Their Own Use

  • Signage as per WCB Are All Placed At Entrances

  • Deliveries are Made Via Rear Entrance / Common Area - Delivery People Are Not Allowed Into Main Store Area Unless Absolutely Neccessary

  • We Have Adjusted Our Hours of Operation to Allow Extra Time to Clean/Sanitize After We Have Closed Our Doors To The Public

  • We Have Modified Our Website To Allow For Customer Pickups To Minimize Contact Within Store

  •   ***Update - July 2 - Although BC has started Phase 3 of Re-opening - we have continued these same protocols to ensure the safety of our staff and customers - Masks for Customers are now "Recommended" but not enforced  ***
